If you are not fully satisfied with your new Thumper® product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. We’ll even pay for the shipping back!
For instructions please call our office at 1-800-THUMPER (848-6737) or e-mail us at email@example.com. We will either provide you with a return label, or reimburse you for the shipping costs of up to $20.00. You are responsible for securely shipping the product in its original packaging.
Product should be in original packaging, and in good condition. Thumper Massager Inc. reserves the right to inspect a returned product for signs of heavy use or abuse, and will at it’s discretion issue a revised refund if the returned product’s condition does not comply with our satisfaction guarantee policy. In case of a damaged product being received by the customer, we will replace the machine at no cost or provide a refund.
Refunds/credits are issued after products have been received and inspected at our facility.
Cancellation After An Order Has Been Shipped -- Customer will receive refund less the actual shipping charges incurred by Thumper Massager Inc. Refunds will be issued after the item has been returned to the originating warehouse. Please call 1-800-THUMPER (848-6737) for instructions.
Undeliverable Packages Due To Customer Error -- Customer will be credited minus all shipping costs.
