Refund policy

All our products are designed to make our customers feel good. We stand behind our products 100% and ensure their effectiveness and quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your new Thumper® product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

For instructions please call our office at 1-800-THUMPER (848-6737) or e-mail us at info@thumpermassager.com. You are responsible for securely shipping the product in its original packaging in new, resalable condition.

Refunds — are issued for the purchase price if the unit is purchased directly from Thumper Massager Inc. Refunds/credits are issued right after receiving product back on our premises.

Cancellation After An Order Has Been Shipped — Customer will receive a refund after the item has been returned to the originating warehouse. Please call 1-800-THUMPER (848-6737) for instructions.

Undeliverable Packages Due To Customer Error — Customer will be credited minus all shipping costs.
