How long does it take to process an order?

Orders received after 8:45 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped out within the next business day.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, certainly! We offer free shipping on orders over $50, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and other non-contiguous US areas. There is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $50. This policy is NOT applicable for spare sparts orders. Spare parts are subject to a shipping fee and they are non-returnable. Free Shipping does NOT apply to case/bulk/dealer pricing. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders generally take 4-7 business days to get delivered.

Do you offer faster delivery options?

Yes, we do! Please give us a call or send us an email at info@thumpermassager.com with your shipping address and desired delivery date so we can provide a shipping quote!

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Sorry! We do not ship to PO boxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 5 business days, please give us a call or send us an email at info@thumpermassager.com! Be sure to include your name, email address, and order number so we can get back to you quickly.

I would like to ship my order outside of the USA. How do I do that?

Please note that our plug type and voltage sold in this store corresponds to the region that it is meant to be used in. If you would like to use your Thumper outside of the USA, please check the voltage and plug type for compatibility. We do not recommend using a transformer if you want to protect the longevity of your massager. To order a massager that is compatible with the region you want to use it in, please give us a call or send us an email at info@thumpermassager.com. Be sure to include which Thumper you want, the plug type and voltage, and the shipping address so we can provide you with a quote!

How long is your holiday lead time?

Thumpers are a popular gift for your loved ones for the holidays. We will process your order in 1-2 business days, but there could be some delays with shipping from the increased demand over the holiday season – this is unfortunately outside of our control. We recommend purchasing a Thumper at least 2 weeks before your planned gift day to ensure that you have it on hand.
