What is quality sleep? We’ve already heard that eight hours of sleep is “enough” but you may still end up waking up feeling terrible. What gives?
Studies have shown that the sleep that we really need is the stage before REM sleep. This phase is a deep and restorative phase, and helps with a handful of things that are vital for keeping our brains in good shape.
